This Honda Accord took the phrase “sitting on the fence” to a new level. The 1991 SE Sedan was found awkwardly perched over a wired fence. Its driver was left explaining the bizarre scene to three puzzled police officers. The woman seemed as confused as the officers, gesturing to make sense of how her car ended up lodged like that.
