Carolyn Laurie Kane ventured into the entertainment industry in the ’80s, and her role on “Hester Street” awarded her an Oscar nomination. She also made a mark with appearances in “The Princess Bride,” “Annie Hall,” “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.” She also has a stage history with performances on the 2012 Broadway play “Harvey” and the 2011 West End production “The Children’s Hour.”
Her career started after attending HB Studio and the New York-based Professional Children’s School to study theatre.
