Elton John – Nice
Perched atop Mont Boron, Elton John’s villa, acquired in 1996, is a show of his flamboyant style and love for luxury. This 1920s mansion, affectionately dubbed “Castle of the Stars,” boasts panoramic views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the enchanting city of Nice. In 2019, the villa gained international attention when the “Rocket Man” singer hosted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The property features seven bedrooms, a grand salon adorned with crystal chandeliers, and a state-of-the-art recording studio where Elton has crafted some of his later masterpieces. The meticulously landscaped gardens, spanning over 50,000 square feet, include a dazzling mosaic-tiled swimming pool and an olive grove.
