Ralph Carter (Born In 1961) – Good Times
CBS aired “Good Times” from 1974 to 1979, and Ralph Carter captured the audience’s attention as Michael Evans. He also appeared on “Raisin,” the Broadway musical adaptation of Lorraine Hansberry’s “A Raisin in the Sun.” He rode on the “Good Times” wave and recorded “Young and In Love” in 1975. Carter even performed some of his singles on the ’70s variety show “Soul Train.”
After a long hiatus from acting, Carter is slated for a comeback and is filming the upcoming 2022 production “Chaaw.” However, he graced several TV specials and documentaries throughout the years, including making an appearance on a 2019 episode of “Here and Now.”
