Christina Pickles (Born In 1935) – St. Elsewhere
Playing the part of Nurse Helen Rosenthal on “St. Elsewhere” made Christina Pickles a household name. Fans of the long-running ’90s sitcom “Friends” can also recall seeing her in a series of episodes as Judy Geller. Her career started on Broadway, where she performed in productions like “The Misanthrope” and “Sherlock Holmes.”
Also a voice actress, she lent her vocals to the “Family Guy” character Left Eyeball. Pickles has consistently picked up roles over the years, and in 2021 we saw her on the TV series “Tuca & Bertie.” She is the mother of two and has been married to journalist Ian Masters since 2005.
